MasterBrand was struggling with their recruitment brand
identity. It was in the unique position to be able to offer the opportunity to
work on global brands while working in a corporate culture that actively
supported employees experiencing true work/life balance. The reality of working
in a place where you are treated as family, as well as encouraged to enjoy your
home life, were missing from all components of the brand messaging. We
developed a series of print ads that showcased the entire breadth of the
employee experience, from the day-to-day, as well as the night-to-night life of
a career with them. The work done on this project as part of the New Business
Team led to the win of this business for the agency.
