MasterBrand:  Come home to MasterBrand

MasterBrand was struggling with their recruitment brand identity. It was in the unique position to be able to offer the opportunity to work on global brands while working in a corporate culture that actively supported employees experiencing true work/life balance. The reality of working in a place where you are treated as family, as well as encouraged to enjoy your home life, were missing from all components of the brand messaging. We developed a series of print ads that showcased the entire breadth of the employee experience, from the day-to-day, as well as the night-to-night life of a career with them. The work done on this project as part of the New Business Team led to the win of this business for the agency.
