We were tasked with building
a recruitment brand, supported by an integrated campaign. The development process
began with on-site interviews, focus groups, and extensive market research.
After identifying target segments (college graduates, MBA graduates, IT
professionals and experienced sales personnel) and the specific needs of each,
a strategy document was prepared. Within the Creative Department, we developed
an integrated campaign to highlight and showcase how each segment could
benefit, flourish, and excel at General Mills and their house of brands. This
campaign earned the “CEA Grand Prize” for a multi-faceted recruitment brand
campaign.
