Having not updated their website since 2008,
radical changes were desired. Using GA data and
customer surveys to determine the target’s needs, a new website
strategy was formulated. The existing site was completely restructured, and content marketing strategies implemented. The responsive design
and content was styled to reinforce the brand, showcasing the business’ strengths and key differentiation points. After launch, analytics data revealed a significant increase in relevant traffic - 135% higher in organic
search results, with bounce rates dropping 17%. Additionally, enormous leaps in qualified
lead generation were experienced, generating several opportunities for new
business.
