BP has a strong brand identity and uses when it
recruits talent around the world. The overarching recruitment brand was designed
to support the consumer brand with fun and flexibility, while maintaining a
look that could be used for many types of career paths. We developed a simple
visual solution that reinforced the brand, showcasing BP’s dedication to
individuality, and the ability to make an impact within the organization. It
also stood out in the highly competitive Supply Chain talent pool.
